We have an addition to our staff: Fred Gallegos. He is a retired Colorado State Highway Patrolman and a certified D.O.T. Consultant. For those of you that have a need for compliance with the D.O.T. he is available by appointment to assure that your driver’s files, hours of service, maintenance files and all aspects of D.O.T. regulations are in compliance. Please call us to set up an appointment for him to assist you in avoiding the costly fines that could result in poor record keeping.
RifleWorks also has a “local clinic” account set up for drug and alcohol testing for those of you that have a need for this service.
Bookkeeping To Go has made a name change and is now doing business as “RifleWorks”. Everything will remain the same: same crew, same phone numbers, etc.; however, we are just changing our name to incorporate everything that we do. Please change your records to reflect our new name “RifleWorks”.

Some things to take into consideration as you are compiling your information:
Standard Deductions will be Single: $5000; Married Filing Joint $10000; Head of Household $7300.
Higher Education Maximum Deduction will be any where from $2000-4000 depending on adjusted gross income.
Teacher Expenses Deduction will allow up to $250 for business expenses paid for books, supplies, computer equipment and other equipment and supplementary materials used in the classroom.
Mileage Rates will be different depending on the date. Number of miles driven should be separated into the categories listed below.
